British musician Ed Sheeran's impromptu performance on Bengaluru's Church Street was interrupted by police due to lack of permission. Midway through his hit song 'Shape of You', police halted the gig following a public nuisance complaint. Sheeran, who had performances scheduled in the city, could not continue as neither he nor his team had the necessary permit.
