The Jharkhand government has approved a 7 per cent hike in the dearness allowance for its employees, effective from July 1 last year. The approval raises DA to 246 per cent for employees under the sixth pay commission. Pensioners also see an increase. The cabinet also cleared 12 additional proposals, including bills related to MSMEs and factory labor.
