A Bangladeshi smuggler died, and a BSF jawan was injured in a clash at the India-Bangladesh border in Tripura. A group of 20-25 Bangladeshi intruders attacked BSF troops at the Putia Border Outpost. The BSF responded, leading to the smuggler's death and the jawan's hospitalization. Fifteen Bangladeshi nationals were arrested for illegal entry.
