The Odisha government has alerted all district collectors about a significant temperature rise forecasted by the IMD, with daytime temperatures expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius over the next few days. Collectors are advised to inform the public and recommend precautions, especially for vulnerable groups such as infants, the elderly, and the sick.
