Two young men, Mohammed Adnan and Adnan Khan, once on promising career paths, have been arrested for allegedly plotting a terror attack in Delhi. Police claim they were radicalized online through jihadist propaganda on Instagram, eventually joining the Islamic State network and communicating with a Syria-based handler. The duo allegedly created social media channels to recruit and disseminate extremist content.
