A deep depression over the Bay of Bengal is set to intensify into a cyclonic storm. This weather system will bring heavy rain to several districts across West Bengal. The India Meteorological Department has issued advisories for fishermen. Light to moderate rain is expected to begin in south Bengal districts from October 27.
