Microsoft has agreed to a deal allowing OpenAI to restructure as a public benefit corporation, with Microsoft securing a 27% stake valued at $135 billion. The agreement also includes OpenAI purchasing $250 billion in Azure cloud services, replacing Microsoft's previous right of first refusal for computing services.
