The Assam government will donate its GST share from the film 'Roi Roi Binale' to the 'Kala Guru Artiste Foundation'. This initiative aims to support medical treatments for artists, flood victims, and needy students. The decision comes as the film, a personal project of the late Zubeen Garg, is set for a nationwide release.
