Tejashwi Yadav, INDIA bloc's Chief Ministerial candidate, confidently stated the opposition will form the next Bihar government. He announced the swearing-in ceremony will occur on November 18, four days after the assembly poll results are declared on November 14. Yadav also vowed to ensure criminals face strict action within months of the government formation.
