A Supreme Court appointed panel has formed a 12-member sub-committee to restart the construction of a proposed corridor for the Banke Bihari Temple in Vrindavan. Retired district judge Mukesh Mishra will chair this sub-committee. The main committee, led by retired judge Ashok Kumar, aims to improve devotee facilities.
