Money-losing Japanese automaker Nissan selling its headquarters building to gain cash

Nissan has sold its Yokohama headquarters for ¥97 billion ($630 million) to MJI Godo Kaisha, leasing it back to fund AI-driven upgrades and digital modernisation as part of its turnaround strategy.
