US President Donald Trump outlined plans to build a monument dubbed the "Arc de Trump" at a dinner hosting donors to a $250 million ballroom he is building at the White House. The ballroom would be the largest in a series of renovations Trump has made to the presidential residence since returning to power in January, including adding gold decor to the Oval Office and paving over the Rose Garden.
