AFC championship game odds: Chiefs open as small favorites in Bills rematch
In the end, the AFC’s Super Bowl bid will again come down to a game between Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen.
The Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills advanced from the divisional round of the NFL playoffs to set up a rematch of last year’s divisional meeting between these teams and the 2021 AFC Championship Game. It’ll be the fourth playoff meeting between these teams in the last five years.
Winners of the previous four meetings, the Chiefs open as 1.5-point home favorites over Buffalo for next Sunday’s game.
Last year, the Chiefs beat the Bills 27-24 in what was the closest playoff finish between these teams. Each game has been tighter than the previous. Buffalo handed the Chiefs their only regular season loss in the regular season, beating them 30-21 in November.
