WWE Royal Rumble 2025 results, surprise entrants

The Road to WrestleMania 41 has begun, and it’s time for one of WWE’s most enjoyable events of the year. The Royal Rumble is always full of surprises, and there’s plenty on the line as the winner of the men’s Royal Rumble will get a title match at WrestleMania later this year.

We’ll be updating this post throughout the night with the latest results and full highlights from the men’s Royal Rumble.

Men’s Royal Rumble result

Jey Uso pulled off a massive upset and is going to WrestleMania. Uso survived a murderer’s row of competition in the back half of the Rumble and went one-on-one with John Cena for the final elimination.

With both men over the rope and on the apron, Cena tried to deliver an Attitude Adjustment to win, but Uso flipped himself back over the rope into the ring and shoved Cena out to claim victory.

Who are the rumored surprise entrants?

In the women’s Royal Rumble, Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair made their long awaited returns, and legends Trish Stratus and Nikki Bella made surprise entrances.

In the men’s Royal Rumble, there are several stars currently out due to injuries that could make surprise returns, including Ilja Dragunov and AJ Styles. With WWE announcing a partnership with TNA, we could see several former stars come back, including Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler), Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder), and Jeff Hardy. We always usually get a couple of legends coming back, so Goldberg and The Rock aren’t out of the question.
