Why was Taylor Swift booed at the Super Bowl 2025?

It wasn’t the best of nights for Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs at the 2025 Super Bowl, where they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles.

But Taylor Swift also had it rough when she was shown on the Super Bowl videoboard. She was booed loudly, as we saw in a bunch of videos.

But why would one of the most beloved stars in the world get booed like that?

Here’s my take: it was Eagles fans who booed an opposing fan. Swift got booed similarly in 2023 by Patriots fans when she watched Kelce play at their stadium.
