Envu to launch New Plant Health Program at GCSAA
Envu is coming to the 2025 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show with a lot to show at their booth, according to the company. During the show, attendees can learn about Envu portfolio expansions, participate in virtual tours, enter for a chance to win an on-site course visit with a technical expert and enter for a chance to win a Flyaway Geese dog at the Envu booth (No. 2637).
“There are a lot of questions about our recent expansion, which now includes the FMC GSS business, and we’re excited to talk about the benefits to superintendents,” said Mark Schneid, head of commercial operations, North America, at Envu. “From the GCSAA Superintendent Grant breakfast to Green Start Academy to our customer appreciation event to our partnership with Flyaway Geese, GCSAA attendees will have several opportunities to talk with Envu about programs to help deepen their industry knowledge.”
Plant Health Program
Green Solutions Team (GST) members from Envu will be in the booth to help golf course superintendents find total plant health solutions for their course. Golf course superintendents can enter for a chance to have a member of the GST walk their course for an in-depth analysis report on current and/or potential turfgrass or pest pressures and a tailored solutions plan.
Portfolio expansion
GCSAA attendees can speak with Envu about its product portfolio of solutions, including Serata fungicide (now available in California), Durentis insecticide, Tarvecta fungicide, Stressgard brand fungicides and Resilia root health solution. Additionally, the Envu team can speak to nature positive mosquito solutions like the In2Care Mosquito Station to control mosquitoes on a golf course.
Virtual Envu innovations site tours
Attendees can virtually tour the Clayton and Morrisville, N.C., facilities for a behind-the-scenes look at how Envu develops solutions and formulations. The 20,000-square-foot formulation development lab in Morrisville features the latest formulation equipment. Innovations are then tested at the research facility in Clayton, which includes:
- 10.5 acres of fine turf research plots
- Warm-season (seven) and cool-season (three) turf species
- High-maintenance turf = 4.5 acres
- Low-maintenance turf = 6.0 acres
- 18-acre research golf course
- 1-acre USGA-specification putting greens
Flyaway Geese Dog Giveaway
Envu is once again sponsoring a Flyaway Geese dog giveaway during the GCSAA show. Golf course superintendents can enter for a chance to win a dog trained specifically for their course. Enter to win at the show or here.
Envu encourages applicants to give serious consideration before entering to win the working dog. The animal desires work and exercise and will be a valuable contributor to the success of controlling waterfowl intrusion at your facility. The winner is responsible for picking up or scheduling delivery of the dog. All entries will be reviewed, and the winner will be announced on Thursday, Feb. 6, at the Envu GCSAA.tv Stage at 2:00 p.m.
To learn more, stop by the Envu booth (No. 2637) during the GCSAA show or visit their website.
