The Commission for Air Quality Management has tightened the Graded Response Action Plan for Delhi-NCR to tackle worsening air pollution. Several restrictions have been moved to earlier stages, meaning they will now be implemented sooner as AQI rises. With Delhi’s AQI at 360 in the ‘very poor’ category, stricter traffic control, office restrictions, increased public transport, and possible work-from-home measures have been ordered across the region.
