This years SnowKite Squall kiteboarding event comes to an end with the popular wrap up party at Big Rig Brewery. Prizes awarded to all the winners of the various categories and lots of random prize draws for gear from all the event sponsors. Awesome time had by all, thanks to the organizers.

Mellower winds compared to Friday for competitors racking up runs on the Snow Kite Squall course on the Ottawa river. Visibility was considerably better as well, the sun acutally came through the clouds for a few minutes.

A quick wander on a cold -24 evening in downtown Ottawa to check out the beautiful ice sculptures featured in this years Winterlude Festival. It was a very cold night but amazingly we had the place to ourselves, only a handful of people out braving the elements in Confederation Park.
Windy and cold in Ottawa but these freestyle snowmobile riders were bringing the heat as they flew 40′ over the frozen Byward Market. Awesome free show as part of the 2026 Winterlude Festivities in Ottawa.
