Two students were arrested by Mangaluru city police for kidnapping and assaulting a 17-year-old boy and his friends near Forum Mall. The incident, linked to a dispute during a football match on August 14, involved multiple assailants. The victims were taken to Wenlock Hospital and are in stable condition. Efforts are underway to apprehend the remaining suspects.
