A woman from Kundapur and four others were allegedly defrauded of Rs 86.7 lakh by Bengaluru-based individuals who promised Australian employment visas. The accused, running a school in Bengaluru, collected the money in installments between April and September 2024. Gangolli Police have registered a case, and an investigation is underway.
