A 25-year-old man has been apprehended in Ganjam district for allegedly defrauding a 65-year-old of over Rs 1.10 crore by promising land. The accused, Nanda Kishor Gouda, reportedly took the money in installments over four months before absconding. Police are also investigating another complaint against Gouda for a Rs 36 lakh fraud and are searching for his accomplice.
