Singapore's Surfin Group chairman Yanan Wu urged Odisha to shift from a "mining state to a mind state" by focusing on knowledge, technology, and youth empowerment. The firm plans to invest long-term and create 600 tech jobs in Odisha within two years, aiming to empower local talent and prevent migration.
