The 52-year-old singer, best known for his band’s hit song “Truly Madly Deeply,” put his body transformation on display in a new Instagram post.

“I’m 52. Pic on the left is after about a year of boxing, Basecamp and Barry’s boot camp. Pic on right was just after I came back from tour 2 years ago. Exercise is HARD as you get older but it keeps me sane,” Darren captioned his post.
Darren was previously married to director and screenwriter Richard Cullen, but they announced their separation last year and he filed for divorce in September 2023.
