The scene features Gambit not only surviving the battle in the Void, but a possible way out of the wasteland, as an interdimensional portal opens in the reflection of the character’s eyes.

These portals are what Deadpool calls “Marvel spark circles” in the movie, allowing characters to hop through the multiverse.

It has not been officially confirmed that Gambit will continue in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but this has supplied the biggest hint that it’s certainly possible, and even likely.
