'DWTS' Couple Val Chmerkovskiy & Jenna Johnson Enjoy Family Time With Their Son in the Caribbean

Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy took an end of summer vacation with their son, Rome, to the Caribbean.

The 30-year-old and 38-year-old dancers took to the Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos for a fun family vacation.

The couple first met in 2014, but didn’t begin dating until the next year. Even though that’s when things became official, they didn’t go public with their relationship until 2016. Afterwards, the two took a brief break, but reconnected in 2017 with public confirmation at Val’s brother’s wedding.

Also in 2017 is when the couple shared a televised kiss on Dancing With the Stars where they both still work as pro dancers. Finally, in 2018, the two were engaged and officially tied the knot on April 13, 2019.

They have one son together, Rome, who is 18-months. The trio spent their vacation at the Beaches Resort enjoying the soft and sandy beaches, swimming the crystal blue waters and even spending some time at the waterpark with Val’s parents and baby Rome!

Jenna and Val are one of many love stories from the ballroom, having met when Jenna joined the show as a member of the troupe. From the dancing family to a home grown one, Val and Jenna are enjoying quality time with each other and their son.

Dancing With the Stars returns for season 33 to ABC and Disney+ on September 17. The show announced their first celebrity contestant, but you’ll have to wait until September 4 to meet the rest of the cast!
