'Vanderpump Rules' & 'The Valley' Star Kristen Doute Gets Engaged to Luke Broderick!

Kristen Doute is getting married!

On Friday (September 6), the 41-year-old The Valley star and Vanderpump Rules alum announced that she and boyfriend Luke Broderick are engaged after two years of dating.

Kristen revealed that Luke proposed while they aboard a boat while vacationing in Maui, Hawaii earlier this week.

Keep reading to find out more…During the boat ride at sunset, Luke told Kristen to keep an eye out for dolphins while he got down on one knee and popped the question.

“It was a total surprise,” Kristen told Us Weekly. For her engagement ring, Luke worked with a jeweler and close friend Kyle Chan to design a 14K white gold, 4.27 carat Emerald cut diamond, plus a half carat worth of diamonds on the band and hidden halo.

According to the newly engaged couple, the hidden halo set represents “love around the center diamond, ‘Kristen.’”

“I knew from the moment we met that Luke was my person,” Kristen gushed. “I am so excited to continue this journey together, now as fiancés.”
