The beloved One Chicago TV series is back with Season 10 on Wednesday (September 25) at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, and there is already one big shake-up to the creative team, as well as one star leaving, and two more joining the cast.
The series, which has been on the air since 2015, follows the doctors and nurses of the fictional Gaffney Chicago Medical Center’s emergency department as they treat patients and deal with the pressures of their job.
