'General Hospital' Cast Exit: Longtime Star Confirms There's 'No Plans' to Return

Kin Shriner appeared as Scott Baldwin in over 1,700 episodes of General Hospital, and he’s giving an update on if he’ll ever return. His first appearance dates all the way back to 1977. His most recent appearance came in August of 2024.
On X, a fan asked, “Are you returning to GH? We need you!,” to which he responded, “No.” Another asked, “When are you coming back?,” to which he responded, “No plans.”
Another fan then pleaded with Kin, to which he said, “The show has to reinvent itself it’s the nature of the business ,I was brought on in 1977 to do that sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t! I love soaps I wish them all luck.”
