Find Out the Book A.J. Brown Was Reading on Sidelines During NFL Playoff Game
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown confirmed he WAS reading a book on the sidelines during the NFL wild card playoff game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday (January 12).
Fox cameras zoomed in on the 27-year-old athlete on the sidelines, and fans noticed he was reading the book “Inner Excellence” by Jim Murphy. The book’s author says it’s aim is to “train your mind for extraordinary performance and live the best possible life.”
After the game, reporters asked A.J. about the book, and he confirmed he actually has that book with him every game.

A.J. explained, “Man, it gives me a sense of peace. That’s a book that I bring every single game. My teammates call it the recipe. That’s the first time I heard that y’all got me on camera. But, it’s not the first game.”
“I physically believe I can do anything and everything but I gotta make sure my mental good,” he added.

By the way, the Eagles won the game and are advancing to the next round of the playoffs. They’ll either play the Los Angeles Rams or Minnesota Vikings next week.
