Sam Asghari and new girlfriend Brooke Irvine are enjoying some quality time together.

The 30-year-old actor and model, who was previously married to Britney Spears, was spotted holding hands with his new love while heading to a local Equinox gym on Sunday (January 12) in Studio City, Calif.

Sam and Brooke were seen walking through the Sportsman’s Lodge shopping center as they made their way to the gym for a morning workout.
