Tim McGraw will no longer be starring in a Netflix series.

Tim is no longer starring in the drama as he needs back surgery, which would, of course, require a recovery period, according to a source close to the entertainer.
Last August, he also underwent orthopedic surgery on both knees and canceled his remaining 2024 tour dates.
The Netflix bull riding series would have been quite demanding physically.
Tim was to star as “a megastar champion facing a life-or-death crossroads when confronted by the arrival of a fearless young rider whose existence challenges his ways and unearths secrets that force him to reckon with his past.”
Whether or not the show will continue, and if the role will be recast, is currently unclear.
