Lizzo Celebrates Reaching Weight Loss Goal: 'I Did It'

Lizzo is marking a major milestone in her weight loss journey.

On Saturday (January 25), the 36-year-old “Good as Hell” singer took to Instagram to announce that she has reached her weight loss goal.

“I did it. Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal,” Lizzo wrote along with a mirror selfie while wearing a burgundy sports bra and matching leggings.

“I haven’t seen this number since 2014!” the Grammy winner continued. “Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!”

Lizzo first opened up about her weight loss journey in September 2024 after she debuted a slimmer figure on social media. She then hit back at accusations that she was using Ozempic to lose weight.
