Lili Reinhart Reveals She Struggled With Eating Disorder While Filming 'Riverdale' Season 6

Lili Reinhart opened up about struggles with her body while filming the final season of Riverdale.

In a recent interview, the 28-year-old actress revealed that she had been struggling with chronic illness and was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis.

Elsewhere in the conversation, she said that she had struggled with “gut issues and inexplicable weight gain” while filming the sixth season of her hit show in 2022. While she was tested for a variety of illnesses at the time, a diagnosis wasn’t clear.

Amid her struggles, she said that she developed an eating disorder.

“I really don’t like looking at season six imagery or pictures, because I know that 99 percent of my thoughts were about my body,” she told Self. “I was a thousand percent just disassociated through that entire day or scene because my entire inner dialogue is just … ‘Your body’s changing.’”
