Selena Gomez Laughs Off Senatorial Candidate Calling for Her Deportation After Emotional Comments on Immigrants

Selena Gomez is sharing her response to the Senatorial candidate who is calling for her to be deported over her emotional comments about immigrants.

In a since-deleted video on her Instagram Story, Selena tearfully talked to her fans about Trump‘s promise to do mass deportations of undocumented immigrants.

A nationwide immigration crackdown on Sunday (January 26) resulted in the arrest of 956 people, the most since Trump returned to power, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“All my people are getting attacked, the children. I don’t understand. I’m so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can’t. I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise,” Selena said in the original video.

Sam Parker, someone who ran for senate but lost, made headlines for calling for Selena‘s deportation.
