'Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War' Part 4? Anime TV Show Renewal Status Revealed
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War is one of the most beloved anime TV shows in the world.
Also known as Bleach: The Blood Warfare, the show is based on the Bleach manga series by Tite Kubo and is a direct sequel to the Bleach anime series that ran from 2004 until 2012.
Here’s a plot summary: “The peace is suddenly broken when warning sirens blare through the Soul Society. Residents are disappearing without a trace and nobody knows who’s behind it. Meanwhile, a darkness is approaching Ichigo and his friends in Karakura Town.”
The show represents the manga’s final story arc, the “Thousand-Year Blood War,” and first season premiered on TV Tokyo in October 2022. Part 2 was broadcast from July to September 2023, and the third aired from October to December 2024. The show can currently be streamed on Hulu.
Of course, fans want to know if there will be a fourth part to the Bleach sequel saga.

The fourth and final part of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has been confirmed.
Part 4′s announcement came just after the ending of Part 3, representing the final quarter of the story’s arc. As there is not much story left to tell from the manga, Part 4 is reportedly going to contain the most new content to date.
Some fans are hoping that the new content ties into the “Hell arc,” the new storyline featured in the anniversary chapter released in August 2021.
The final two episodes of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 were released on December 28, along with a special teaser trailer for Part 4. The final part has been dubbed “The Calamity.”
There is still no release date, but stay tuned! Based on the time between parts previously, the earliest possible release could be July 2025, but it may more likely arrive around October, similar to Parts 1 and 3.
