Kelly Clarkson Admits She's 'Lost, Alone, A Lot' as She Marks Talk Show's 1,000th Episode
Kelly Clarkson is celebrating a major milestone!
After several recent absences, the 42-year-old entertainer returned to her eponymous talk show on Thursday (March 20) to celebrate the show’s 1,000th episode.
“Welcome to The Kelly Clarkson Show and our 1,000th episode,” Kelly began. “Our show premiered on September 9, 2019, with the help of some great friends. Over the next five-and-a-half years, we have made 999 episodes. I cannot believe today marks the 1,000th. It’s crazy.”
Keep reading to find out more…She then went on to reflect on some of her show’s biggest moments over the years, from chatting with celebrates to “inspiring everyday heroes” to doing the show during the COVID pandemic and moving to New York City.
“For 1,000 episodes, we have laughed together, we have cried together with beautiful stories, sang together with some people, danced together, celebrated and competed together,” Kelly said.
“I’ve lost, alone, a lot, and along the way, we found comfort in one another,” the Grammy and Emmy winner admitted. “And looking back, we are all incredibly proud of what we’ve built and the community we’ve created.”
Kelly concluded her message by saying she is “grateful to everyone who has been a part of this journey,” adding, “It has been such a cool time.”
