She acknowledged that having the condition can “complicate things” when trying to have a baby because doctors will need to determine whether one of her uteri can support the the growth of a baby.
“There have been cases of people having double uteruses and having babies and it being perfectly fine,” Hannah added. “But it was definitely a shock.”
The Dancing with the Stars winner also noted that she hasn’t “quite gotten to” the stage in her life where she’s ready to have children, but said she’s grateful she now knows about the condition.
“We’ll get there when we get there, but to have the knowledge of, ‘Hey, this is something that you’re going to want to take care of when you’re ready for that time and to not be surprised by it,’ was really helpful,” Hannah explained. “And it took multiple doctors to even get to that.”
As for right now, Hannah is putting all of her focus on planning her upcoming wedding to fiancé Adam Woolard, which will be taking place this July.
“It’s a whole thing, but there’s been so much going on that I was just like, ‘I need to put that on the shelf. I don’t need to be stressing about that right now,’” Hannah said.
A few weeks ago, it was announced that Hannah Brown has joined upcoming season of Bachelor In Paradise in a new role!
