Mariah Carey is launching her new musical era and getting ready to release her first album in seven years!
The 56-year-old singer just dropped her new song “Type Dangerous,” which will be the lead single from her upcoming 16th studio album.
“I’m so excited to finally be releasing “Type Dangerous” into the world!” Mariah said in a statement. “I’ve been locked up in the studio for quite some time working my behind off on new music, and I’m thrilled for the unveiling of it to my fans, starting with “Type Dangerous!”
Mariah is going to be releasing a music video for the song, which was directed by the iconic Joseph Kahn.
