Public Enemy Get Political with 'Hits Just Keep on Comin' Video Starring Olympian Ashleigh Johnson as Historical Figures - Watch Now

Public Enemy has dropped a music video for their new single “The Hits Just Keep On Comin’” and they enlisted Olympic athlete Ashleigh Johnson to portray some historical figures in the political clip.

The Rhiannon Rae Ellis-directed video features footage of important figures like Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Muhammad Ali alongside Ashleigh getting into character as such people as Prince, Tommie Smith, Serena Williams, and Amanda Gorman.

Chuck D told Rolling Stone, “These lyrics are still relevant today as much as yesterday and when they’re juxtaposed with these heroes that never stopped, no one can make excuses. It’s time to wake up and DO something. Emphasis on the ‘DO.’ And Flav outdid himself on this one.”
