Nicole told the court that both Robin‘s lawsuit and her own countersuit are being dismissed as of October 28, via Us Weekly.
Nicole said the two had reached a “confidential settlement.”
They originally claimed to have reached a tentative settlement back in May, but needed time to do additional paperwork and finalize the terms. Robin‘s lawyer said they were unable to do by July due to “professional commitments,” requiring even more time.
There was going to be a hearing in November to set a trial date if they didn’t reach a settlement.
This all began back in 2021 when Robin sued Nicole over the canceled Pussycat Dolls reunion tour, which stalled after Nicole originally first agreed to a 49% cut of profits before allegedly demanding 75% of the profits and “complete creative control.”
Nicole then countersued, demanding $1.1 million in damages, and claimed Robin “damaged [Pussycat Doll’s] goodwill, and wasted the funding for the planned [Pussycat Doll’s] reunion tour, ruining [Pussycat Doll’s] ability to do business through self-dealing, waste and fraud.”
Nicole recently opened up about her faith a year after her controversial comment about Russell Brand‘s hat.
She also has a big new movie role that she’s currently filming.
