Elle Fanning, Stellan Skarsgard, & Renate Reinsve Step Out for 'Sentimental Value' Premiere in L.A.

Elle Fanning is stepping out for the premiere of her new movie!

The 27-year-old Emmy-nominated actress joined co-stars Stellan Skarsgard, Renate Reinsve, and Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas at the Sentimental Value premiere on Wednesday evening (November 5) held at the DGA Theater Complex in Los Angeles.

Director Joachim Trier, who co-wrote the screenplay with Eskil Vogt, was also at the premiere.

Here’s the synopsis: “Sisters Nora and Agnes reunite with their estranged father, the charismatic Gustav, a once-renowned director who offers stage actress Nora a role in what he hopes will be his comeback film. When Nora turns it down, she soon discovers he has given her part to an eager young Hollywood star. Suddenly, the two sisters must navigate their complicated relationship with their father — and deal with an American star dropped right into the middle of their complex family dynamics.”

The movie had its world premiere at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival back in May and it won the Grand Prix award. The film will be Norway’s entry for Best International Feature Film at the 2026 Oscars.
