'Gossip Girl' Star Margaret Colin Details 'Wild' Recent Reunion With Blake Lively

Margaret Colin, who played Blair Waldorf’s mother Eleanor Waldorf on Gossip Girl, is detailing a recent run-in with star Blake Lively!

The 67-year-old As the World Turns alum said she had a “really wild” reunion with the Serena Van der Woodsen actress that happened completely at random in New York.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Margaret said she “ran into Blake on the street, which was hysterical because she’s such a big star now. It was such a big bear hug on the streets of New York, and she was just having lunch in a cafe.”

Apparently the meet-up happened shortly after she returned to the city after shooting in Vancouver.

“She’s a happy mom, and she’s doing really good,” Margaret shared

Previously, she and Leighton Meester, who played Blair on The CW drama, met up on a Mother’s Day Sunday!
