Chuck Potthast Dead - '90 Day Fiancé' Star Dies at 64
Chuck Potthast has sadly passed away.
The beloved TLC reality TV star, who is the father of 90 Day Fiancé star Elizabeth Castravet, passed away at the age of 64.

His daughter confirmed the news on social media.
“Two weeks ago, tragedy struck our family and it has left us completely shattered,” she wrote on Instagram.
“My sweet, loving, and caring dad went to heaven. We’re trying to figure out how to navigate our lives and move forward without him. Please respect our privacy during this extremely difficult time.”
His other daughter Becky, who also appeared on the series, posted as well.
“Two weeks ago on this day my world became distorted into a place I don’t understand. My father Chuck went home to be with The Lord. The pain is still more than I can bare so this is all I can write,” she wrote.

He had been diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2016, revealing his battle in 2022 on 90 Day Diaries. He died due to glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer with no cure, per EW.
Chuck appeared on the show while his daughter got married to husband Andrei Castravet.
