The 50-year-old American Idol host shared a new workout video on his TikTok page, showing him doing bicep curls with heavy weights.

Ryan joked that his tight shirt should get all the credit for making him look buff.

It has been a tough month for Ryan, who recently announced that his father passed away after a battle with prostate cancer.
