Winona Ryder Stars in A$AP Rocky's Surreal New 'Punk Rocky' Music Video

A$AP Rocky is officially back in full creative mode and he’s recruited someone who has seen… stranger things.

The rapper just dropped a surreal new music video for “Punk Rocky,” the lead single from his upcoming album Don’t Be Dumb, and it’s every bit as weird as fans hoped. The visuals lean hard into distorted suburbia and the video features a surprise cameo from film icon and Stranger Things star Winona Ryder.

A$AP also enlisted some other stars for cameos, including Danny Elfman, A$AP Nast, and Thundercat. Danny and Winona‘s involvement makes more sense when you learn that the rapper was assisted by Tim Burton on his upcoming album, who designed some of the LP’s artwork and a film that will release with the album, per Rolling Stone. Danny also scored some of the songs.

Don’t Be Dumb will finally be released on January 16.
