Ray J Performs with Apparent Blood Running From His Eyes Amid Heart Issues

Fans are concerned for Ray J amid his ongoing health issues.

On Saturday, February 14, the 45-year-old “One Wish” rapper hit the stage in Shreveport, Louisiana for a performance. During the concert, Ray J apparently had blood running from his eyes.

Keep reading to find out more…In a video shared on X, Ray J can be seen wearing black sunglasses and handing out roses to audience members as a tear of red blood seemed to run down his right cheek. In a separate video, Ray J lifted the sunglasses to show dried pools of blood beneath each eye.

At one point during the concert, Ray J took off his shirt, revealing that he appeared to be wearing a heart monitor taped just below his collar bone.

Amid the new concerns for his health, Ray J told a friend backstage, “I’ve been getting better.”

Last month, Ray J opened up about a recent hospitalization, revealing that his years of hard partying have affected his heart. He also said that due to his condition, he won’t live to see 2027.
