GUTHRIE, Okla. (KFOR) — One man has been arrested in Guthrie after police say at least four people were assaulted on Monday night.

According to Guthrie Police, police and paramedics were dispatched to Sooner Court and E College Avenue after a woman was reportedly assaulted just before 8 p.m. on Monday. After arriving at the scene, officers found two more victims with injuries from blunt force and a sharp object.

Police said the victims identified the suspect as 30-year-old Cody Tonelis, and told officers that he had hit them with a pipe and stabbed them with a knife.

Another assault was later reported two blocks northeast along Pinebrook Drive. The victim also reportedly identified Tonelis as the suspect and said he ran west.

Police then received calls about Tonelis attempting to enter homes in the area, who was spotted by Guthrie Police on N Eastridge Drive.

Tonelis was arrested after a short chase on foot. Police say they found a knife on Tonelis during the arrest.

The victims' conditions are currently unknown at this time.
