Former Oklahoma jail administrator accused of embezzlement
TILLMAN COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, a former Tillman County jail administrator has been arrested on complaints of embezzlement.
Officials say the Tillman County Sheriff's Office requested the OSBI's help on February 18, 2025. Agents were notified of insufficient funds regarding one of the Jail's accounts. After further investigation, former Tillman County Jail Chief of Security Frederick Houck was identified as the suspect.
According to the OSBI, Houck was interviewed by agents on April 7. Based on the information discovered during the investigation, Houck was arrested and booked into the Tillman County Jail on complaints of Embezzlement and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
Official charges are pending through the Tillman County District Attorney's Office as the investigation continues.
