Amber Alert issued for missing 14-year-old boy last seen in OKC metro
UPDATE @ 4:30 P.M.
According to an affidavit, an arrest warrant was issued for Ross on Wednesday for one count of child stealing.
The affidavit states that the biological mother told the deputy that Ross was acting erratically and asked to take Rouse with him. She refused at first, but after a "lengthy argument," she agreed to let Ross take Rouse to a nearby 7-Eleven.
Ross had left his cellphone behind at the residence.
Documents say that Ross and Rouse's mother are legally married but filed for divorce in 2023. The mother also filed a Victims Protection Order (VPO) against Ross in 2023, but it was dismissed.
Attempts were made to contact those associated with Ross, but investigators have not learned of any information on the whereabouts of Ross or Rouse.
