Governor still hopeful buyer can complete nuclear reactors

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Gov. Henry McMaster says he remains hopeful buyers can revive an abandoned nuclear power project in South Carolina, while multiple lawsuits and investigations probe whether spending should have ended years ago.
